EFFIC’s participation in the 2026 National Congress of Property Managers (CNAF 2026) provided an opportunity to share with industry professionals its comprehensive One-Stop-Shop (OSS) model, designed to drive the energy renovation of buildings and reinforce the company’s commitment to transforming Spain’s residential building stock.
In a context where energy efficiency has become a priority for homeowners’ associations, EFFIC works closely with property managers to facilitate access to viable, efficient renovation projects tailored to the needs of each building. Its aim is to simplify a process that is often complex for property owners, offering technical, administrative, and financial support throughout all stages of the project.
EFFIC’s approach integrates into a single service the building’s energy assessment, the definition of the most suitable measures, the processing of grants and subsidies, the management of Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs), the search for financing, and the execution of works. This approach streamlines administrative processes, improves coordination among all stakeholders, and provides homeowners’ associations with a single point of contact throughout the entire process.
During the congress, EFFIC highlighted the importance of collaboration between specialised companies, financial institutions, and property managers to accelerate the energy renovation of the housing stock. In this regard, the company emphasised the value of its partnership with CaixaBank, which enables homeowners’ associations to access tailored financing solutions for each project.
EFFIC’s presence at CNAF 2026 reinforces its commitment to maintaining close relationships with property managers, a key stakeholder group in driving the energy renovation of buildings and in bringing homeowners’ associations solutions that improve energy efficiency, reduce consumption, and support the transition towards a more sustainable housing model.
